Paloma is the founder of The Dancing Business, the organization dedicated to providing dancers the opportunities, resources, and support to pursue a career in dance. Graduated with a BFA in Dance Choreography and Performance at the University of California, Irvine, she was a dance coach for over 7 years before transitioning to supporting the dance community in making dance a sustainable career. Now, she provides jobs, scholarships and resources for dancers. Empowering the community one dancer at a time. Her professional credits include professional work as a contemporary ballet dancer, freelancer, teacher, social media manager, CEO, coach, and choreographer in the United States, Mexico, Germany, and Spain– providing her with an international perspective on the dance industry.
